Why shop with us
Built for people who care about the details
Retro buying is all about the small print: what is included, what is worn, what has been tested. Here is how we approach it.
Clear condition descriptions
Every listing states the condition in plain English, from sealed through to spares or repair, along with the marks, wear or missing pieces we can see.
Photographs of the actual item
You see the piece you are buying, not a stock image. Boxes, labels, wear and any damage are photographed so there are no surprises.
Packed to survive the post
Boxed items are protected properly, fragile pieces are wrapped individually, and cardboard corners are treated as something worth saving.
Knowledge from a real shop counter
We Sell Retro grew out of The Retro Centre, a former physical shop. Years of handling this stuff in person shapes how we grade and describe it.
Testing, completeness and whether original packaging is included vary from item to item, so always read the individual listing before ordering.

From a shop counter to your doorstep
We Sell Retro is the continuation of The Retro Centre, a physical shop that sold retro games, consoles, vintage toys, action figures, arcade-related pieces and pop-culture collectibles.
The shop is no longer open, but the part we loved most has not changed: finding good things, working out exactly what they are, and passing them on to somebody who has been after one for years. That now happens online instead of over a counter.
