This policy is a working draft and needs the shop owner’s review before launch. It describes what We Sell Retro currently collects through this website and why.
What this site collects
- Enquiries. When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you enter, plus a telephone number and order number if you choose to give them.
- Orders. If you place an order, the shop records the billing and delivery details you enter and the contents of that order so it can be fulfilled.
- Newsletter. If you sign up, we store the email address you give us so we can send you new arrivals. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Technical data. The web server keeps standard access logs. The site sets cookies that are needed for the basket, checkout and account areas to work.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to process and deliver an order you have placed, and to send the newsletter if you asked for it. We do not sell your details.
Sharing
Order information is shared only with the payment and delivery providers needed to complete that order, and with anyone we are legally required to share it with.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch through the contact page. If you are not happy with how we handle a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
