Our Condition Guide
Vintage items have lived a life. A game that’s been played for 30 years, a figure that’s survived childhood or a console that’s moved through several homes won’t always be perfect – and we don’t expect it to be. Our aim is to describe condition clearly so you can decide whether an item is right for you.
Product Photographs
Where a listing relates to an individual pre-owned item, our photographs are intended to show the item being offered unless the listing clearly states otherwise.
Condition Descriptions
Listings mention relevant wear, scratches, discolouration, label wear, box damage, missing pieces, manuals/inserts, controller wear, known faults and testing performed.
Boxed Doesn't Always Mean Complete
A boxed item isn’t necessarily complete. Listings state manuals, inserts, accessories and original contents where relevant.
Complete in Box / CIB
If CIB is used, the listing still explains what is actually included.
Electronics & Testing
Testing varies by product. Listings state what testing has been performed and any known faults.
